San Luis Obispo County can anticipate several very substantial economic benefits from the California Valley Solar Ranch.
- Up to 350 construction jobs will be created during the two year installation period, drawn from the County’s labor pool of skilled electricians, technicians, construction workers and laborers.
- Approximately 15 long-term jobs will be created for operation of the project.
- $315 million will be injected into the San Luis Obispo County economy through direct, indirect and induced impacts over the life of the project
