- SunPower will pay almost $7 million in sales taxes to San Luis Obispo County for the opportunity to operate the Solar Ranch.
- San Luis Obispo County will receive the revenue from increased property taxes levied on the land where the Ranch will be located.
- SLO will receive increased economic activity due to SunPower's reliance on local businesses during construction.
